lest you wear your nation's jumper \ che ti ricorda che indossi la maglia della tua nazione

when you mark before the forward rush \ quando chiami il Mark di fronte alla carica degli avanti

so doing turn the tide \ fermando cosi' la marea

but it isn't just the winning \ ma non sono le vittorie

nore the score ,nore the cheers \ nè i risultati, nè il tifo

it's the friendship and the memories \ son l'amicizia, i ricordi

that last you through the years \ che ti restano negli anni

it's the cameraderie \ è la solidarietà

that's born of valour not of fame \ che viene dai valori non dalla fama

it's the sheer exilaration \ è l'assoluta gioia
